Coconut Smoothie of all Smoothies!
Rev up your energy & release weight with this satisfying Coconut Smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen berries of your choice
1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
1tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Coconut butter (oil) melted
2 tbsp Spirulina (or 15 tablets)
Small handful of raw Brazil nuts or Almonds
1 cup low fat Coconut Milk or almond, soy, rice milk
Blend all ingredients (except oil) until smooth. Keep blending and slowly add oil Mmmmmm!.
